CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS
The upholstery of this armchair has been made of excellent quality RATTAN. Rattan is the best and most widely used natural material for furniture making. Rattan grown in S.E. Asia is the highest quality and most durable material than others grown in other regions. Generally, Rattan is a naturally growing type of vine that is native to tropical regions of Australia, Asia, and Africa. With more than 600 different species, RATTAN can be distinguished as a strong fibrous plant similar to bamboo and used for furniture because it is light, durable, flexible, and attractive.

The frame of the armchair is made of mahogany wood. Mahogany is an excellent wood with a beautiful finish and is one of the most valuable types of wood in the world. One of its many advantages is that it does not crease, swell, or shrink, while it is also durable under water.
